Refund Policy:

Refund Policy for "Creations By Christy" what you are purchasing is a digital downloadable template of the product or (invitation) of your choosing. This is not an actual physical product or (invitation) that will be shipped or mailed to you. This is a download in either a JPG, PNG, or PDF format that once you have paid for it, it will be delivered immediately by email to the email address that you have supplied to us. You then customize it with your details and then you have the option to print it at home on your home computer or you can take it to a professional printer and they can print it for you. Once you have downloaded the digital file it is then deemed as "used" and therefore is not eligible for a refund. ​

If you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase of your digital download or are experiencing problems please contact me immediately so we can help you resolve the issue.  You have 7-14 days to contact me to resolve any issue's from date of your purchase.
